that could be your problem right there... you may be restarting your phone way too frequently causing certain things to constantly be reset and reset again which could cause confliction. as the saying goes too much of a good thing is never a good thing.. it's really stated by Samsung itself that you should only do a full restart of your phone maybe once a week. other than that you should just be using device manager to clear your cache and storage and memory. too many power Cycles can actually cause the motherboard of your phone too slowly fry out
