Is it just me or has anyone noticed that the system dark mode seems to be less of a true black? During One UI 1.0-1.5 I never seemed to noticed anything of the such but now to me it looks like the background of quick settings and other various backgrounds are no longer a true black which kind of irks me.

this could also just be a side affect of me using Good Lock to always make the background true black, but do let me know if any of you noticed a difference

It's probably to prevent burn-in. For me it's only noticeable on very high brightness in the dark.
