Delayed Text Messages

Is anyone else getting delayed text messages? Like 8 to 10 hours delayed randomly?

With my phone I can send a text message can not receive

I use Google Messages and Hangouts with no issue

Is your problem specific to *one* text messaging app?

Please back up all of your message and try the following:

Go to Setting --> Applications--> Select Messages --> Go to Storage --> Clear out the Cache and Data memory

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

I don't use the Samsung first party message app because it's rather sloppy. The Subject: NoSubject thing in group chats makes it unusable for me.
