I have a Sprint Galaxy S10+ and got the Disney+ subscription but unable to download it to my phone. Only works on my Xbox One which is fine but I'd like to get the app on my phone. It says device incompatible. I'm assuming it is because of the beta but come on, we're paying for this.

This is a known problem with the Disney app, not Samsung - contact Disney for resolution

I think it's cause we are on Android 10 so to speak, so if you downgrade back I think you'll be able to install. I haven't done it myself this is just a theory I have. But I can't install it either

I don't know about this. Wife has S9+ and can't download, "device isn't compatible", same as my S10+ on beta. Just figure Disney will figure out eventually.

It's a Disney problem and they have acknowledge they are working on it.

You have to download the apkpure app and then install from there click on my name and see DISNEY PLUS INSTALLED

Beta is not "Google certified" so DRM apps won't be compatible cause they think you are trying to bypass their security.
