There's a workaround that works, check the TIPS posts. That how I was able to install Disney+

In order to install Disney plus install the apk pure app https://m.apkpure.com/apkpure/com.apkpure.aegon/download?from=aegon_m) and then in the app search for Disney Plus and install from there. After you install Disney Plus you can uninstall the apk pure app (you will probably need it to update the Disney Plus app though)
