Enter PIN After Restart

I receive this message occasionally even though the phone has not recently restarted.  Reported via Feedback.  Have others have noticed this incorrect message?

No, I do have my phone restart M/W/F and that's the only time I've ever seen it. Have you checked the Auto Restart setting under Device Care?

I believe this may be a security feature. I've had this happen on the stock stable version many times
