I am having the same issue. wants to constantly update a really small file but fails, then repeats. I've already reported it in feedback.

mine disappeared after a reboot. I did see this for about 30 minutes but as soon as I rebooted, it disappeared.

the saga continues... it stopped in beta 2 for me, hasn't gone away after that it's getting really annoying. rebooted twice no change.
