Yes. Started with beta 2. I assumed it was to prevent screen burn-in.

That's one of the bug fixes listed in the changelog for the beta 3 that was released in Korea today so we should get the fix soon.

Mine comes on when I dont want it to sometimes.

Yeah, beta 2 is when it started. also it will have a delay when unlocking ever so often since this beta as well.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
