Fingerprint Sensor Troubles

The majority of the time the fingerprint sensor just says not responding try again later. I have tried restarting the phone and cleaning the sensor. Any tips? See the screenshot for exactly what it says.

I had the same issue, but re-adding my fingerprints fixed it

Have you guys had the problem come back? I've had the issue recurring periodically even after I re-added my fingerprints.

I have not had the problem come back. Hmm maybe you could try re-adding them one more time? Is it saying that the fingerprint sensor isn't responding (no vibrations when you touch the power key) or is it trying to scan (you will feel vibrations) and not succeding?

I have the s10e as well. It's the same error message that you posted, I don't get the vibration from the sensor attempting to read my fingerprint. But I haven't had any problems with the sensor anymore since the latest beta update.
