I just tried and I am able to turn off and on from the quick panel. did you do a cache wipe after beta 2 install?

This happened to me after the quick panel appeared as blank circles. I thought the flashlight issue was a cascading error. To fix it I used the Google assistant to turn off the flashlight. It worked, but the notification that the flashlight was still on remained. I was only able to get rid of the notification with a reboot.

I'm having a similar issue, I turn the flashlight on then off but that's it...can't turn it on again until I reboot. S10e, 2nd beta on Sprint network.
