well mines only happens wen i turn on night mode

it might be the darker mode for the wallpaper in dark mode, Ever since I turned it on it Tends to try to adjust itself in every lighting situation but it seems broken

I have a S10 Plus. Mine's doing the same thing. I always use dark mode. That might be what it is.

Try clearing your cache partition..
Steps to wipe cache partition on Samsung Galaxy S10

Power off the device

Press and hold volume up button, Home button and power button

When the screen with No commands message shows up tap on the screen

Use volume keys to highlight wipe cache partition and use the power button to select it

Confirm by selecting yes option

That’s it! This way you are clear the cache data and speeding your device.
