in your sound settings, toggle to vibration then back to sound then reboot

Clear system cache. It takes care of most problems.

My status bar clock only shows when I have a notification from another app.

Seems the majority is Sprint users having the issue.

I agree with Billy, try clearing system cache in recovery.
