I cleared media and sec. media storage , same as before. I did factory reset and guess what, same as before! 😞

Have you done a reboot and clear Cache Partition? This sequence clears some issues for folks

Please try below steps:

Settings > Apps > "Show system apps" in the top right corner,

  1. Select "Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
  2. Select "Sec Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data

※ Note: The tag information added arbitrarily disappears but the original is preserved and other information is filled by reanalysis.
