I've sent error reports, feedback with screenshots, made tons of posts and I havent gotten one reply from Samsung other than a useless Copy pasta comment saying to "wiPE anD CleaR SySTem caCHe" my batter is now literally draining as fast as it charges. Smh not even sure if I should use the phone anymore until this gets fixed I dont wanna permanently damage my battery 💔😓

You were told to clear cache or wipe to factory setting to get things right. Do as told to solve the problem. If that's too much for you, get out of the beta testing.

Calm down, im pretty sure that he has done this plenty of times with the context of his post and active level. Tel864 offered a solution that worked. Just read and move on (like i should have done with this comment)
