Google Assistant Activation not activating.

When using Samsung gestures It used to be that if you held down the swipe up it would activate Google home, now it does not. Is this by propose or an issue. It still activates when using the home button.

Also, the GA workaround from the bixby button no longer works, instead of opening Google Assistant it searches on the Google app for "open search" or something to that effect.

Now you need to swipe up from the bottom left or the bottom right of your screen 👍

doesn't work. just activates the back action. I tried using the Google gestures but it's only available on the stock launcher.

this doesn't work for me either, Google assistant stopped working with the swipe up from the home button. it's broken
