mine has been freezing up alot.like 2 out of 3 times I try to click on a page

I don't use chrome, I prefer the Samsung browser and even that has been acting weird with it giving me full desktop like pages most of the time even though I don't have that setting turned on and my bookmarks are for mobile pages. It's really annoying.
