Google maps not rotating

Hello all, on my Android auto Google maps are not fully functional. I can get directions and all but the arrow stays static. It does not move like it supposed to do in the past (with the location or I can say it only stays pointing north) any one else having issues. I am not sure if I explained my question correctly.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
