It says your phone is "rooted or may be running uncertified software". This usually appears when you try to use Google Pay or several finance apps and that is because you are using this beta. When the official version of Android 10 is released, that message will go away and you can use Google Pay again...
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
