I find one of the strangest issues affecting some Galaxy S10 units after updating to One UI 2.0 based on Android 10. Apparently, the software is failing the Google Play Protect certification test, with the platform labeling it as uncertified.

That's because it's a beta and betas will be uncertified. Once you're in the release you'll be certified.

This is a beta, it will go official in the final version it's normal.
