Is anyone else getting issues with groupchat/mms not downloading?

works fine here..in group with both samsung and iphone

groupchats turn messages into mms so when people are texting I get separated threads with mms downloading but nothing downloads. a friend sent me a picture and it didnt downloas either it just spins

ok I restart the phone and now all mms are downloading. guess I need to clear cache
