You need to unregister from the beta, then look for a system update and a new one will appear where it will reinstall android 9

There is a way that will 100% bring you back to Pie but it will fully wipe your device. But I highly recommend that you stay away from this as one wrong move would render your phone a really expensive paperweight. This is the Odin method, if you're not familiar with it, stay away. If you are and you feel comfortable with it and are 100% sure you can fix any major issues you could encounter, I'd recommend giving it a shot.
