how to get rid of this popup?

This shows up every time I open up my keyboard and i don't know how to get rid of it? Please help

I figured it out, anyone else that is having this issue, go to the settings button on your keyboard

then navigate to swipe touch and feedback

[ccmercedes]

and set touch and hold spacebar to no action
