Is anyone else having these camera issues

Everytime I send a picture there is this distorted box at the top right corner of the picture. And this happens every time I try to post a long video to Instagram.

Send a photo, using "what" app? Does the recipient see it, or wherever it's posted?

Try and install a third party app and see if you experience the same error.

I got the same issue at the Instagram app. I already reported the issue

FYI,

There's lots of chat apps (like HANGOUTS, etc....) experiencing that, and I even uninstalled & reinstalled, with the SAME results.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

Go into Camera Settings > Save Options, and disable HEIF. That might fix the grey box issue.
