Is anyone else having this issue

When I swipe my notification bar down most of the time the icons dont appear its just blue circle?? Weird.

I had that issue once. It went away when I restarted my phone.

That happened to me earlier today for the 1st time. I tried restarting my phone but that didnt help. After using the phone for a bit, it went away on its own. Happened around 930 am EST

This started today for me, I updated last night. I also can't use some of my notification bar settings

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
