Is anyone else having issues with link to windows not working? When clicking the button, it says there is an update, but clicking update won't work as there is a connecting to server error.

Just wondering if others are experiencing this problem and if there is a fix? Hoping it gets fixed in the final release.

I have the same issue. I am able to use the app from Windows as it shows linked. I am unable to disconnect due to the update issue .

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

You are talking about link to windows and not Dex, correct? Link to Windows uses the Microsoft My Phone Companion App which was pre-installed by Samsung in the system. Do a search for that app in the Google Play Store and Samsung App Store. The app will show up as already being installed but if either listing also shows an update button then click on it and update there.

Yes, as tjacob has stated, I'm encountering the same problem, even after wiping the cache for both link to windows program and the your phone companion app, the same error pops up for me as seen in tjcabo's screenshot.

I actually had some success with a workaround. I was a beta user on Google play, so I left the beta, uninstalled updates, and then reset the app. I was then able to open the app and update it on the galaxy store, not the google play store, and signed back in. The problem that tjcacob has still persists with me as well, but as long as I open the app through the galaxy store, I'm able to use it.
