links won't load from Google search

When I search something in Google i cannot select a link to launch a new page. But if I close out my Google search and launch the Chrome app the page I was attempting to load comes up. I've also had issues selecting links within various apps. The problem usually resolves if I lock and unlock my phone. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've had this problem a couple of times happens when it wants to.I actually sent a recorded video of this happening to the Beta support team

I've had the same issue sometimes with opening links in the Google app but it seems to go away by itself after 30 seconds to a minute. I did report it as a bug.

I had the same problem and had to reset my phone and reload everything. Now it seems to be working. Pain in the a*s

Seems to be a problem with some Chrome process being put to sleep. When a search link stalls, go open Chrome and the link opens.

This is beginning to seem like more of a continuing problem I just replied to another post about the same problem. I am too having this issue as websites won't show up until you close the Google search.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
