I'm just wondering why the video on my lock screen stops when the facial recognition unlocks the phone and says to swipe up to open. I took off facial recognition because of this, and I'm just using the fingerprint. It's not that big of a problem at all. I just wanted to know if there's a setting that's making the video stop or it's just a bug.
I have similar issue. If I let wake up my phone and let the screen time out on it's own and wake the phone back up, the video is frozen on the last frame
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
