media volume sync

Is anyone having the same problem, i can't see the options for media volume sync . I went to bluetooth advanced setting and i just see the option for ringtone volume sync and bluetooth control history thats it, there's no options for media 

 sync.

media volume sync is now automatically done by the os

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
