I got the recent beta update and after the update is completed I can only see old navigation bar and gesture navigation bar. The new one disappeared anyone else having same issues?
If you're referring to the Android Q gestures, they're not available if you're using a third party launcher like Nova Launcher. If you switch your default launcher back to One UI, you can select the Android Q gestures under "More Options" in the full screen gestures selection in the settings.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
