The beta has been fairly smooth for me. My only issue has been specific to my Nest camera/Ring notifications. Before 10 I could pull down the notification and get a short clip of the video Nest notified me about. Now this only works about half the time if that. Curious if anyone has had the same issue.

No, mine seems to be working. If the fix posted doesn't work then you'll just have to wait. I'm sure that once 10 final comes out, Nest will update their app.

I have numerous Nest cams + Nest Guard. No problems.
Go Settings -> App -> Nest -> Force Stop, then
Storage -> Clear cache.
If that doesnt fix it, might try
Storage -> Clear data. Still problems? Restart phone into maint mode, Wipe Cache Partition, reboot
