I have the Android 10 beta (ZSL5 build) but I'm seeing that the full rollout had been released for note 10+.

No new software is available for me.

Why would I still be on the old build?

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

The fact that we continue to receive this same generic response from the community managers to almost every issue report is disappointing . I've been a member of past beta programs and this one the attention to my reported issues has been abysmal. Won't even bother to join the next one.

As a former Pixel 2xl and 3xl beta tester the Samsung experience has been abysmal. Wil not participate next time. Communication and "real feedback" was timely and genuine with Google . Only upside is UI beta broke Google Pay and Samsung Pay is not a bad alternative...

I am currently on the same Beta and having the same issue, Cache clearing and restarting the phone does nothing, I've donevthat multiple times

official version has not yet been released to the US unlocked model. we won't see it until all the major US carriers release it to the carrier locked models
