It looks like the first day I connected my onedrive account to office 365 the picture backup would. My whole Samsung backup worked everything. It looks to be broken now and I can't get it to sync again. Also I can't disable it and turn the old sync back on the way onedrive used to work.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
