Questions
Every morning at 7am, Permission Controller sends me a notification that some app has some service running all the time.
There is no Permission Manager app.
There is an option to turn off notifications from the Permission Controller app, but it is greyed out.
There is also an option to force stop, but again it is greyed out.
There are no options, or settings, to otherwise control how this app notifies me.
There is an uninstall option that is NOT greyed out.
Can anybody help?

you cannot force stop this because it's a core function of Android 10
