picture desaturation

I've seen this on day one of beta but didn't think anything of it but here recently I've noticed my screen doesn't look as sharp as normal I have the quality and everything all the way up but the picture doesn't look like normal beauty. Anyone experience this?

It's a known bug. Vivid isn't really vivid anymore right now.
