I can't attach pictures to messages or emails.

I can't view my photos either, New or old

Go to ->Sound settings, toggle to Vibrate, then back to Sound.

Reboot and clear Cache Partition. The photos should show up after phone has started. This is what I did to fix it.

Also, my music was missing ... and this brought back my 900+ songs.

I've seen a lot of wierd unrelated fixes to problems before, but I just comprehend how changing sound to vibrate made a difference. Clearing the Cache partition on it's own is probably what fixed it. That's kind of a general fix-all solution anyway.
