Play store waiting for download stuck

I can no longer download or update apps on the google play store, I have tried everything on the internet but it won't work.

You've forced stopped the Play app, cleared its cache and data and rebooted afterwards?

I am also having this issue after doing all troubleshooting, force closing and clear cache in play store and play services. even tried removing and re-adding my google account. still not able to download or update. has been happening since beta 1.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
