So when I log into the "PlayStation" app on my phone it won't stay connected to my PS4. On the "ps4 second screen" app it finds the ps4, connects but the disconnects immediately. And on the "ps4 remote play" app for PlayStation it won't even connect period, gives and error code every time I open it. Error code is (88001003). They all did work before i tried the beta program. All on same phone and same ps4. Didnt change anything except the beta update. I have tried multiple things, like reset the app. I also changed the Wi-Fi settings to the other signal. And then reset both the PlayStation and the phone. Still same issues. I also tried uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them. I also made sure all permissions were on allow for the apps and that the PlayStation settings we're also on allow to connect to phone. And still got the exact same results. Still will connect and immediately disconnect. And still get same error code on the remote play app. If it helps my phone is the Galaxy S10 Plus and I have Xfinity for my internet. Please help

LOL, then that should tell you it's because if the beta. When you signed up you were advised that some apps would t work with the beta. If clearing the system cache won't fix it, you should contact the apps developer and ask when it will be compatible with Android 10.

PS4 remote play apps work 100%. I use them all the time since Android 10 supports DS4. Most likely your internet isnt fast enough to support remote play. Either you don't subscribe to a speed package that fan support the feature or your router is causing a bottleneck. I've got Gigablast from Cox, 1900AC MIMO wifi, ps4 hard wired in, and QOS set to prioritize ps4 traffic. remote play works perfectly at home and well enough when the LTE is working.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.
