I've noticed that sometimes using Chrome or Amazon, the phone becomes unresponsive. Even pressing Home or Recent Apps doesn't respond. After around 10 seconds I'm able to get Recent Apps or Home to respond. Closing out affected apps, clearing them from Recent, then going back in to the app allows it to work properly.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
