Possibly RCS Messaging?

Has anybody had text messages with other Samsung users use RCS messaging instead of regular SMS with the new beta update? It will show a green dot next to the contact pic in the messaging app then it will show delivered time & it will be a green bubble.

It has been like that for a few years I think, at least on TMobile

I'm on Sprint and when texting others I get a blue dot by their names and blue bubble when using RCS. Green for SMS
