Did Samsung send out a push notification for tmobile phones to Finnish setting up new device

Not me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and I have had it since May and I never got anything like that from them ever. I've been with them for over 3 years postpaid.

Yes they did but it wasn't for Android 10, it was for the update app, whatever it's called, I don't remember.
