Requires PIN after restart but phone wasn't restarted?

I submitted the issue but has anyone else noticed that occasionally their phone will say it requires PIN to unlock after restarting but their phone wasn't restarted? This has happened to me 2 or 3 times.

Yes and I don't have an automatic restart.
