Hi,

There is no Samsung Experience home under settings - apps - special access menu.

What is the equivalent of that in one UI 2.0?

I basically wanted to fix the app icons not showing badges, i.e number of notifications.

Go to Settings > Notifications > Then tap App Icon Badges (not the toggle bit the actual words)... It will then give you the option of numbers or dots.
