Now that you can have the fingerprint on the always on display will burn in be an issue? I don't really see it move from its place and I don't see how it would because it's a small area for the ultrasonic sensor.

It doesn't need to visibly move around the display to prevent burn in. Burn in protection on phones usually involves moving AOD elements back and forth by a few pixels and can't be seen by the naked eye.

The AOD clock moving around is more cosmetic than necessary because it reminds people of the old computer screensavers.
