Settings icon is now an Android head?

Has anybody noticed that the settings icon is now an Android head?

Mine is still a gear, but I have a theme installed, so that might be why?

I'm wondering when were supposed to get the lighter colored icons like advertised

mine still the gear but I did notice on the startup screen the Andr oid head is green now I don't recall that before on my S10+.

I'm also using Nova Launcher and Line X icon pack
