silent notification pop up

Does anyone know how to disable this? Im missing emails and texts due to me not hearing the notification sound.

my texts started doing this about a day ago it's no longer triggering the default sound. so I went into each of my conversations and set the default sound for them lol. I only have a few and most people I don't respond to half the time anyway .
