Upscale Screen Refresh Rate?

Would it be possible for Samsung to upscale screen refresh rate like some software upscale HD to 4k?(even without the hardware, like make it feel 90hz even though its not)Maybe a dumb question was wondering tho

WQHD+ 3040 x 1440 is the closest you will come to 4k 3480 x 2160, you can't upscale to a resolution that's not supported by the screen

You can overclock it will degrad colors and possibly damage the screen overtime but it is probably possible with root

No, the hardware is not designed for it. Wait till the next generation of phones comes out.
