Video Media audio playing through earpiece?

I just reported it since it's don't it twice now.

I'll go to play a video on YouTube or Facebook and there's no audio from my speakers. The audio is playing in the phones earpiece. So you have to hold the phone to your ear to hear it.

If I reboot the phone and play the same video, everything is fine.

But this is twice now that I've lost my speakers since the recent updates.
