wallpaper seems blurry sometimes everytime I close out an app

Whenever I close down an app, sometimes it makes my background wallpaper seem blurry. This never happened on the 2nd Beta build, and the 3rd Beta has been making my phone run a lot smoother and efficiently. Has anyone else notice this issue before?

I had this a lot with beta 2 and only occasionally with beta 3. It's like the wallpaper stops mid transition from blurry to clear. O would reproduce it on beta 2 by opening a folder I had on my homescreen, then immediately closing the folder. A slight swipe up or down would make it clear again. I did submit it as an issue with beta 2. If you're on beta 3, you should submit it as well. I'm going to submit it again.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
