What happened to Smart Things on the notification shade?

I liked having this feature of being able to pull down the notification shade and quickly change it to have audio from Waze come through my phone instead of through my car speakers when connected to Bluetooth, but I can't find that now. Did they get rid of it completely or is it buried somewhere?
