What is Mobile Analytic Library

 Mobile Analytic Library pops up with permissions when I restart my phone. What is it and what does it do?

I've never seen that either. It could be related to the security policy set up for your phone, possibly by your company (if it's not a personal phone) or by your mobile carrier.
